ABOUT // Remote · India

Hi, I'm Solomon. I build cloud systems that quietly do the hard work.

I'm a Full-Stack Engineer specializing in AWS Cloud technologies. My goal is to create smooth digital experiences with scalable backend infrastructures — passionate about staying up to date with technology and committed to innovating and improving efficiency on every project.

now Building AI-powered solutions for cloud contact centers — connecting Amazon Connect with LLM-driven agents, real-time intent routing, and post-call analytics.
01 — BACKGROUND

Nine years, a lot of stacks, a lasting bet on the cloud.

I've spent the last 9+ years building and maintaining web applications from the ground up — designing UIs, architecting backend systems, and everything in between. My comfort zone is the whole stack, with a deep bench in AWS Cloud.

As an AWS Certified Cloud Engineer, I care about architectures that are fault-tolerant, cost-aware, and boring in the best sense — they don't wake you up at 3am. Most of my recent work has been around Amazon Connect, serverless data pipelines, and making contact-center platforms feel modern.

Today I lead a module at AnywhereWorks, where we're bringing AI into cloud contact centers — turning messy customer signals into something an agent (human or LLM) can actually act on.

02 — FOCUS RIGHT NOW

What I'm working on this quarter.

  • 01 Designing fault-tolerant, cost-effective AWS architectures
  • 02 Amazon Connect integrations & voice-AI workflows
  • 03 Serverless data pipelines on Lambda + Kinesis + DynamoDB
